I consent to the inclusion of an $85.00 administrative fee in the amount charged, in addition to the bond premium of $20 per $1,000 of bond amount (minimum $100). I understand the premium and fee are fully earned upon execution of the bond and that all sales are final ; there are no refunds for unused or returned title bonds.
